He works in leadership and management development, specifically focusing on attitudinal and behavioural change and has done now for over 20 years. His experience is extensive and demonstrates his versatility, it includes: working on a one-to-one basis with senior teams/boards; top team coaching and development; facilitating leadership development workshops for senior managers from international matrixed organisations, developing the performance management skills of line managers from both public and private organisations at all grades and from diverse countries; and broadly based culture change projects.
Clients have included BP, GSK, Phillips – nxp semiconductors, Infineum, Ricoh, Allianz, Kerry Foods and many large government departments.
As well as being a qualified banker, having degrees in maths and business administration Adrian is also licensed on a number of psychometric instruments including MBTI, FIRO-B and Saville Wave.
Or often before work, Adrian will go running and is more than happy to discuss knee injuries with you. After work, when time allows, he is involved in table top wargaming (Warhammer and Warmahordes for those that know), acting as Treasurer for his local credit union, keeping track of his four children and one grandchild and wondering slightly despairingly what will happen to Aston Villa this season.
