His vision is that The Red Thread Partnership will become the place to come if you want better performance, better engagement, better leaders and managers, better teams, better communication and make a difference in the community while you are at it.
Freddie is Red Thread’s Managing Director, does business coaching and leads medium to large scale culture change programmes. In his work he focuses on the What and the How; combines this with his ability to think both strategically and creatively; and never loses sight of what the customer wants and the business's purpose. He refuses to accept the myths that prevail in a business and encourages leaders to find the evidence of what is happening. From this he will help you orchestrate a range of activities that will drive effective change and engagement and help you create the story you want to tell.
Freddie has been doing this for over twenty years with companies such as: Renault, Daimler Chrysler UK, Marks and Spencer’s, Robert Horne, Axa Insurance, Bupa Health and Wellbeing, Royal Court, Family Court, DWP, DfES, Sport England, The Carphone Warehouse, Nestle Professional, Purina, Kerry Foods UK and Ireland, Lexus UK and Europe, Nominet, Sony Playstation, Ricoh, Santander, Panasonic Avionics.
