Karen gets up in the morning, because...

She passionately believes that 'people go to work to do a great job' and that organisations have a duty of care to ensure they have the right leadership and culture is in place to enable them to flourish and grow. Leadership isn't a quick fix – it’s about communication clarity and confidence and businesses need to invest in developing people at all levels to deliver great service to Customers.

During the day...

She works with organisations strategically and tactically to develop and implement change and transformation programmes that are aligned to business goals and outcomes. Be it restructuring businesses, supporting the engagement process or designing leadership development strategies, she knows that ensuringpeople at all levels understand the vision and the part they play is critical in delivering the customer experience and commercial outcomes.

As a qualified business coach, and with over 20 years’ board level experience in HR and Service Delivery , she works with individuals , teams and organisations to improve performance and personal effectiveness.

...and afterwards...

She goes home – eventually - puts her feet up with a nice glass of fizz or gets her trainers on and goes walking or to Pilates . Oh and it would be remiss of us not to mention the shopping and socialising, which occurs most weekends and on occasion being the ATM machine for her son when his money runs out!
