Her experience spans corporates, SME businesses, public sector organisations and charities and across Cecile supports individuals and teams who want to grow their mindsets and tackle their various work challenges with creativity and courage. With over 20 years of experience working for corporate organisations/FMCGs in senior HR and Learning and development roles, she combines sound HR knowledge with people development and coaching expertise. 

 

Cecile has built a breadth of experience in a variety of industries ranging from Services (Insurance/Finance), Manufacturing/Drinks (Carlsberg UK Ltd), Automotive (Volkswagen Group UK), Education, and Charities. She works with organisations of all sizes on exciting projects such as employee engagement, employer brand, leadership/management development, and more recently Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. She particularly enjoys one to one coaching where her focused, calm and professional approach helps people achieve audacious goals. 

 

She is a qualified coach, a member of the CIPD and has even been a CIPD lecturer helping develop the next generation of HR/L&D professionals. 

 

 

With 3 teenage daughters still at home, life is busy but Cecile still finds time to relax by meeting friends for mochas (her weakness), reading books (her obsession) and going to the gym (an obligation after years as a basketball player and numerous knee operations). She is also a volunteer for the Medical Detection Dogs Charity and currently fosters one of their lovely Labradors which means a lot of walking in parks and woods.
