Emma Gasking, Consultant

 

She is passionate about creating positive change in the world. Working with people to find and design simple solutions to complex problems, building engagement and producing resilient, sustainable, future ready organisations. 

 

 

Emma is focused on delivering value for a range of clients. Working strategically with a variety of stakeholders from front line to board level. Understanding purpose, connecting individuals and organisations to their "why", implementing organisational design initiatives, running engagement roadshows or whatever solution the current challenge calls for! 

 

Emma has both breadth and depth of experience having worked in industries including healthcare, automotive, adult education, and entrepreneurship. She has worked with large national and global organisations, small and medium sized family run businesses, plus solopreneurs. 

 

 

Emma enjoys a range of hobbies including rowing which she does three times a week for Bedford Rowing Club, taking part in both head races and regattas. House renovation, a passion for over ten years. Baking, reading, and hiking also feature highly, and Emma raised over £11,000 for Cancer research UK in 2024 with a group of friends and colleagues climbing the three peaks, Ben Nevis, Scafell, and Snowdon, in three days.
