Jaqueline gets up in the morning, because… 
 
Jacqueline has always been determined within the realm of HR to make a difference by being herself and leading authentically. She passionately believes if people can play to their strengths and do what they love, they will be energised and this is a win-win for the person and any team/organisation. To get the most from people, Jacqueline believes you have to coach them to realise their strengths, so they can aspire to maximise their talent, and then go do their best whilst enjoying the journey. 
 
During the day… 
 
Jacqueline has worked across a wide range of organisations, and both lived and worked in the UK and Internationally and this enables her to provide both depth of insight when working with teams and individuals as well as a unique breadth of understanding of the complex inter-relationships which exist in organisations. 
 
Jacqueline is equally happy designing and delivering engaging behavioural development solutions for teams, managers/leaders, or working with individuals on a one-to-one coaching basis or being involved in creating a people strategy aligned to the needs of the business. 
 
And not forgetting getting her teeth stuck into a good Employee Relations case! All of this is delivered with the ethos of getting the best out of people and ensuring the customer is at the heart, 
 
And afterwards… 
 
Jacqueline switches off with her family and to maintain her mental and physical wellbeing loves some strength classes, dancing (or a good boogie) and just recently has taken up running again after a knee injury. Though someone who finds it less easy to sit and do nothing, a good book and staring out to the sea can help Jacqueline do this!
