She is passionate about helping organisations bring out the best in their people through engagement, recognition, leadership coaching and by fostering cultures of appreciation. 

 

 

With over 20 years’ experience in both public and private sector organisations, Katy brings a wealth of expertise in HR Reward, Recognition, and Employee Engagement. Recently trained as a career coach, she takes a commercial, enthusiastic, and human-centred approach to every challenge. 

 

From developing employee value propositions to designing and launching in-house recognition programmes, Katy has hands-on experience leading reward, engagement, and communication strategies. She thrives on collaboration—working closely with leadership teams, employees, and trade unions to build initiatives that truly make a difference. 

 

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with an MA in Human Resource Management (specialising in employee engagement), Katy combines strategic insight with practical know-how. Above all, she is an authentic, pragmatic, and kind partner, creating a safe space for learning, growth, and positive change.
