Maggie gets up in the morning because… 
 
She wants to make work an environment that’s enjoyed rather than endured. Where employees feel trusted, respected and valued and are equipped with the confidence and skills to do a great job. 
 
During the day… 
 
Maggie supports managers and teams to build positive working relationships and confidence in communication and leadership skills, using tools such as coaching, facilitation and DISC personality profiling. The result is growth and improved performance all round. 
 
She has a wealth of business experience and knowledge gained from working with teams in a variety of different organisations, including WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme), Barclaycard and Kraft Foods. 
 
Her calm, encouraging approach builds on strengths, and she loves to help people help themselves through facilitating insights and practical solutions. 
 
She also draws on her own personal experience of redundancy and cancer to support those going through similar challenges. 
 
And afterwards… 
 
She loves nothing better than gardening, walking and enjoying precious time with family and friends. She also volunteers for Breast Cancer Care.
