Siobhan Godden, Consultant

 

She likes to make an impact on someone’s day, however big or small that might be, to help them achieve their personal goals, and help business leaders drive success through their people. Siobhan has a particular passion for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and wants to create a great place to work for all. 

 

 

Siobhan could be supporting a client with their HR people needs, or delivering leadership and team workshops, every day is different. She has over 20 years’ experience in senior HR roles and is a Fellow of the CIPD. Her approach is practical and pragmatic. 

 

Siobhan is also an ICF accredited executive coach and licensed in tools such as Myers Briggs, Insights, Emotional Intelligence and the Game-Changing Index. 

 

 

The weekends are largely spent taxiing her two children to various clubs and socialising with friends and family. Siobhan is a Chair of Governors for a local Primary School which takes up a lot more time than she anticipated! And also volunteers for ‘Pregnant then Screwed’ a charity providing advice and support for those experiencing potential maternity discrimination at work.
