Tracy gets up in the morning because…

There is a whole day to make things happen. Tracy takes on each day with energy and enthusiasm, driven by goals and achieving them for herself and others.

During the day...

Practically minded and insightful she works with leaders and their teams to positively influence the way they and their business behaves.

Experienced in both corporate and SME structures, Tracy works with her clients at a strategic and tactical level supporting improved conversations and outcomes.

Whether its business practices, the systems they sit in, or the behaviours which are helping or getting in the way of progress; through open, trusted discussion, new frameworks or supporting tools she’ll enable teams to reach conscientious and make strides forwards.

Tracy is passionate about personal and professional development and has been a volunteer Facilitator for the Association for Coaching since 2015 for the Buckinghamshire area.

She is an ILM level 7 Executive and senior level coach and mentor, an NLP Practitioner with experience of developing bespoke programmes and creative learning interventions.

And Afterwards...

Tracy wouldn’t say she’s particularly adventurous, feeling more comfortable in a boardroom than on a mountain (although she did manage Ben Nevis), but she is proud of sitting on an elephant, running the zip wire at Snowdon and walking the Inca Trail.

Most weeks she’ll be found at Spin and Pilates classes, fitted in between family commitments, and time spent with valued friendships.

Summer weekends are spent swimming with her Newfoundland dogs in a lake somewhere and winter will find her in front of the log burner watching a movie with a glass of red.
