We are excited to spotlight Tracy, a valued Associate who first started working alongside RTP a few years ago, rolling out our World Class Manager Programme with a mutual client’s management team. Since 2020, Tracy has played a pivotal support role in several of our leadership initiatives, and in delivering our personal and professional learning and development modules. Her recent contributions include helping one of our international clients to shape their future growth strategy, and her support of this project is underpinned by her experience in leading teams across a branch network business model.

In 2021, Tracy made a life-changing move to Norfolk, where she now enjoys the tranquillity of coastal living. Her days begin with a coffee and the company of her Newfoundland dog, Paddington, who squeezes under her desk for most of her working day, adding a touch of charm to her work-from-home life. Paddington, by now, must be a well-versed coach himself, given the amount of leadership insights he's overheard!
This year, Tracy and her husband have embraced road cycling, taking advantage of the quieter roads near Sandringham. She credits her outdoor life with sharpening her focus and objectivity, which directly benefits her coaching practice.

As an executive coach, Tracy is known for her ability to create a safe space for her clients, allowing them to think, reflect, and gain fresh perspectives. She is passionate about enabling well-constructed change and is particularly skilled at inviting innovative solutions to the challenges her clients face. Her commitment to industry standards extends beyond her work with RTP—she also supports professional development for coaches through her involvement with the Association for Coaching, both in the UK and globally.

Tracy’s career background includes leading teams in sales and commercial environments, bringing a practical edge to her work, especially when a directive approach is required. Her diverse experience spans industries such as recruitment, automotive, language translation, construction, accountancy, pharmaceuticals, and oil & gas, ensuring she brings a wealth of knowledge to every session.

Balancing a busy professional life with her personal interests, Tracy has achieved something she’s truly proud of—creating a well-rounded life with time for both work and relaxation.

Here's a peek into her recent week:

• Monday: Facilitated an onsite, one-day introduction to management session in Silverstone.
• Tuesday: Took time for a manicure, attended a team meeting with the Brainy Podcast team (which she co-hosts), followed by two calls on RTP's international project, finishing at 8pm.
• Wednesday: Kicked off the day with an early catch-up with Freddie, an online networking meeting, and two afternoon client calls.
• Thursday: Designed a new facilitation session for a pharmaceutical client, before continuing work on the RTP international project until 9pm.
• Friday: Played netball in the morning, caught up on admin, attended a contact lens appointment, and wrapped up the week with one last international project call.
• Saturday: Enjoyed a bike ride and a special moment when Paddington had his first post-op swim after a long recovery.
• Sunday: A relaxing day at home, indulging in binge-watching The Morning Show and Colin from Accounts.

Tracy’s ability to balance a busy work schedule with personal fulfilment, while making meaningful contributions to her clients, is truly inspiring. She is a remarkable coach and leader who continuously fosters growth—both for herself and those she works with. RTP is very lucky to have her as one of our trusted team members.
