Earlier this month, Freddie was delighted to join MK SNAP learner Jack for an inspiring podcast that explored resilience, confidence, and what it truly means to grow through change.
MK SNAP provides a leading programme of learning, life skills, and work preparation for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, offering opportunities that empower individuals to build confidence, gain skills, and realise their potential.

MK Snap are proud to create opportunities that bring people together, celebrate difference, and build a more inclusive Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Their work doesn’t just change the lives of their learners, it strengthens families, inspires volunteers, engages local businesses, and challenges perceptions across the wider community.

As a long time partner and supporter of MK Snap, Freddie was honoured to join learner Jack for a podcast in April, where they had an open, warm and engaging discussion.

In the podcast, Jack leads the discussion, asking thoughtful and insightful questions around leadership, teamwork, and overcoming challenges, showing the confidence and capability of so many of the amazing learners at MK SNAP.

Freddie shares his experience of building high-performing, human organisations, and reflects on:

Why change can feel difficult—and how to navigate it
What resilience really means (and how to build it)
The importance of trust, teamwork, and communication
How setbacks and failures can lead to growth
Practical advice for staying motivated and moving forward

The conversation is a reminder that with the right support, encouragement, and mindset, people can achieve incredible things.

MK SNAP are passionate about supporting individuals to build confidence, develop skills, and prepare for the future, and this podcast is a brilliant example of that in action. Freddie really valued the opportunity to be part of the conversation and enjoyed reflecting on and sharing his experiences.
