RTP Associates Day

 

Over time, RTP has developed and evolved a strong network of Associate partners. Without our associate network, we could not do what we do; our wider team brings a vast range of skills, knowledge and experience to our offering and adds value to everything we do. 

 

It is therefore hugely important to us that we nurture these relationships and maximize every opportunity to build and strengthen our powerful Associate Community. 

 

 

Our associates are the backbone of RTP. They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from various fields and contribute significantly to our success. Whether it's through innovative solutions, strategic insights, or specialised skills, our associates enhance the value we provide to our clients. 

 

 

The team got together on 12th March at Box End Park in Bedford, for a long overdue catchup. 

 

We were delighted to welcome new associates Emma Gasking, Katy Downes, and Martin Goodwill to the team, and they in turn really enjoyed meeting the rest of our associate team including Maggie Newton, Cecile Ay, Siobhan Godden, and Tracy Filler. 

 

 

Freddie gave the team an update on all things RTP, outlining our major successes from the previous year and collectively sharing our vision and direction for the future of the business. 

 

Martin Goodwill introduced everyone to RTP's new superpower offering... 360 and psychometric feedback assessments. 

 

Maggie Newton gave us a fascinating insight into her amazing work with 'Working with Cancer'. 

 

Siobhan Godden talked about the incredible work she has been doing with the GC Index and the significant discoveries the team have made. 

 

 

We were also delighted to welcome Laura Chapman, who has recently joined the team to drive our marketing presence for all things Red Thread Fellowship. The whole team were excited to hear more about this wonderful, not-for-profit, Milton Keynes-based development programme. 

 

 

Throughout 2025 and beyond, our Associate community will continue to share knowledge and skills, ultimately strengthening the collective offer that we, as an RTP community, can offer our clients and their businesses. 

 

All in all, it was an enjoyable, informative and productive day for all of us and we are really looking forward to the next opportunity to meet!
