We had a fabulous time at the recent Women Leaders Awards at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes!

As always, it was an inspiring evening filled with quality conversations and incredible local leaders.

Women Leaders UK is a registered charity established to recognise outstanding women, promote and strengthen women’s leadership, and support gender equality and diversity. We are immensely proud to be a trustee of this organisation, which truly makes a difference in Milton Keynes.

And celebrations were essential, as our Associate Emma Gasking (Crawfurd) took home the Emerging Leader award!

Emma really is the kind of leader who challenges the status quo, brings people with her, and transforms teams from the inside out.

Her Red Thread runs deep, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognised on such a powerful stage!

✨ Big things are happening, and this is only the beginning.
As partners of Women Leaders, we are immensely proud that two of last night's winners will also be joining us on our MK9 Fellowship which launches in January 2026.

Congratulations to Besjana Dodi and Miah Wilson.

We can't wait for you to join us on this exciting journey. More details about our Fellowship Programme are available below:
We were also delighted to award a complimentary voucher for our amazing World Class Manager Programme to all 14 of the incredible winners on the night. Click the link below to find out more:

... and a final comment from the Chair of Women Leaders herself:

"This annual celebration of the remarkable women living or working in the MK area is an inspiring, joyful evening in which we come together to recognise wonderful role-models across all sectors.

We will be encouraging even more businesses and even more women to get involved, to nominate and to join us in our vision to inspire more women to be confident leaders, to champion equity and to raise the aspirations of girls and young women from all backgrounds."
