In this episode, Freddie Guilmard from The Red Thread Partnership is joined by broadcaster Graham Coath, host of several successful podcasts and special guest Mike Ling. 

 

Mike is a former Royal Air Force flying instructor and Tornado fighter pilot. He spent 10 years flying with the Red Arrows and has now retired into commercial aviation, flying full-time with the Blades Aerobatic Team. In his spare time he enjoys flying Spitfires!
