Until recently, we also ran The Red Thread Fellowship, a non-profit leadership programme that raised over £95,000 for local charities, partnering with 38 organisations, and supporting more than 30 charities — building compassionate leaders and more inclusive communities.
Alongside his consulting and speaking work, Freddie has hosted leadership conversations and podcasts exploring the human side of performance, culture and reinvention.
