THE RED THREAD PARTNERSHIP PEOPLE

There’s more to us than meets the eye. Yes you’ll see a lot of Freddie and Adrian, but we have a wide network of amazing people who are passionate about what we do.
Generating passion and energy!

Freddie Guilmard | Business Simplifier & Managing Director

During the day…
He does business coaching and leads culture change and engagement programmes. In his work he has the ability to think both strategically and creatively; and never loses sight of what the customer wants and the business’s purpose. He will help orchestrate a range of activities that will drive effective change and engagement and help create the story a business wants to tell.

Freddie has been doing this for over twenty years with companies such as: Renault, Daimler Chrysler, Marks and Spencer’s, Axa Insurance, Bupa, Sport England, The Carphone Warehouse, Nestle Professional, Purina, Kerry Foods, Lexus UK, Nominet, Sony Playstation, Ricoh, Santander, Panasonic Avionics.
His knowledge and insight was recognised when he was invited to be a “Guru” on the government’s Engage 4 Success task force. Freddie is a qualified NLP practitioner and licenced in psychometric tools such as Myers Briggs.

And afterwards…
Freddie plays guitar with his band Error 404 and goes on long walks all over the country. He plays competitive tennis and avidly follows the Northampton Saints & Manchester United’s exploits. He is also a trustee for one of Northamptonshire's most important heritage project which involved the restoration of Delapre Abbey
Liberating the mind to see the possible

Adrian Spurell | Executive Director Learning & Development

His experience is extensive and broad including: working on a one-to-one basis with leaders; top team coaching and development; facilitating leadership development workshops, developing the management skills of line managers. He also leads broadly based culture change projects for public and private organisations, with people at all grades and from diverse countries.
And afterwards…
In between times Adrian runs (and is more than happy to discuss knee injuries with you) war-games, is involved with a number of local charities, tries to keep track of his children and grandchild and wonders slightly despairingly what will happen to Aston Villa.
It’s all about the people

Jane Horridge | Senior Partner & Change Strategy

During the day…
Her experience spans corporates, SME businesses, public sector organisations and charities and across industry sectors and business functions. This is the fuel for her work as a consultant and non-exec/Trustee. With an entrepreneurial mind, she is also working on two passion projects; flexible workspace and a product business, which keeps her thinking fresh and exposes her to many different opportunities! Jane is also an investor in a tech start up and a Board Trustee for Ride High (supporting disadvantaged children) and Women Leaders UK.

Having been part of the leadership teams of Britvic Soft Drinks, Carlsberg UK and Audi UK as well as her local FE College, Jane has worked with clients of all sizes and sectors. From global corporates such as Heinz, Kellogg’s, Virgin and Anheuser-Busch to national retailers, local SMEs and micro-businesses she has vast experience of the business world and uses this to support current clients.
Jane has an Executive MBA, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a certified Occupational Psychologist, so isn’t planning any more study for some time.

And afterwards...
Jane is a keen (though not expert!) dancer, covering ball room, Latin and Street dance as well as enjoying – if that’s the right word – exercise in the form of HIT sessions and yoga. With two children still in school and a busy work schedule, there is just enough time to squeeze in some reading and movie watching to relax!
