THE RED THREAD PARTNERSHIP PEOPLE
There’s more to us than meets the eye. Yes you’ll see a lot of Freddie and Adrian, but we have a wide network of amazing people who are passionate about what we do.
Jane Horridge | Consultant
During the day…
Prof Adrian Furnham| Acadmic Advisor

He is a fellow of the British Psychological Society and is among the most productive psychologists in the world.
He is on the editorial board of a number of international journals, as well as the past elected President of the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences.

Alistair Welham | Strategic Consultant
During the day…
Working on marketing strategies for a range of clients as well as leading marketing teams in the financial services sector, Alistair focuses on improving outcomes for customers, driving business value and developing teams. He delivers digital marketing programmes for Imperial College Business School, is a Non-Executive for the Newbury Building society and Trustee for Brighton Student Union.
And afterwards…
Alistair has a love of machines and at the weekend you will find him updating his VW Campervan or tinkering with his Scomadi Scooter, in between playing with the latest technology and listening to his collection of old vinyl.
Jaqueline Jardine| Consultant
During the day…
Jacqueline has worked across a wide range of organisations, and both lived and worked in the UK and Internationally and this enables her to provide both depth of insight when working with teams and individuals as well as a unique breadth of understanding of the complex inter-relationships which exist in organisations.
Jacqueline is equally happy designing and delivering engaging behavioural development solutions for teams, managers/leaders, or working with individuals on a one-to-one coaching basis or being involved in creating a people strategy aligned to the needs of the business.
And not forgetting getting her teeth stuck into a good Employee Relations case! All of this is delivered with the ethos of getting the best out of people and ensuring the customer is at the heart,
And afterwards…
Jacqueline switches off with her family and to maintain her mental and physical wellbeing loves some strength classes, dancing (or a good boogie) and just recently has taken up running again after a knee injury. Though someone who finds it less easy to sit and do nothing, a good book and staring out to the sea can help Jacqueline do this!

And Afterwards...
With 3 teenage daughters still at home, life is busy but Cecile still finds time to relax by meeting friends for mochas (her weakness), reading books (her obsession) and going to the gym (an obligation after years as a basketball player and numerous knee operations). She is also a volunteer for the Medical Detection Dogs Charity and currently fosters one of their lovely labradors which means a lot of walking in parks and woods.

Tracy Filler | Consultant
Experienced in both corporate and SME structures, Tracy works with her clients at a strategic and tactical level supporting improved conversations and outcomes.
Whether its business practices, the systems they sit in, or the behaviours which are helping or getting in the way of progress; through open, trusted discussion, new frameworks or supporting tools she’ll enable teams to reach conscientious and make strides forwards.
Tracy is passionate about personal and professional development and has been a volunteer Facilitator for the Association for Coaching since 2015 for the Buckinghamshire area.
She is an ILM level 7 Executive and senior level coach and mentor, an NLP Practitioner with experience of developing bespoke programmes and creative learning interventions.
And Afterwards...
Tracy wouldn’t say she’s particularly adventurous, feeling more comfortable in a boardroom than on a mountain (although she did manage Ben Nevis), but she is proud of sitting on an elephant, running the zip wire at Snowdon and walking the Inca Trail.
Most weeks she’ll be found at Spin and Pilates classes, fitted in between family commitments, and time spent with valued friendships.
Summer weekends are spent swimming with her Newfoundland dogs in a lake somewhere and winter will find her in front of the log burner watching a movie with a glass of red.
