RTP Associates Community - Christmas Get Together

Over time, RTP has developed and evolved a strong network of Associate partners. Without our associate network, we could not do what we do; our wider team brings a vast range of skills, knowledge and experience to our offering and adds value to everything we do. 

 

It is therefore hugely important to us that we nurture these relationships and maximise every opportunity to build and strengthen our powerful Associate Community. 

 

Our first RTP Associate get together therefore took place on 18th December at the Cherry Tree in Olney. There, we took advantage of the festive season to share information and celebrate our collective achievements throughout 2023. 

 

Freddie gave the team an update about our major successes for the year and collectively shared our vision and direction for the future of the business. We shared operational updates and brainstormed ideas around our plans to communicate, share knowledge and ensure continuous improvement together throughout 2024.  

 

Our Associate Tracy Filler gave us all a fascinating presentation about her new podcast, the first series of which is centred around looking through the lens of creativity and innovation; what is it, who has it and how can we optimise it by understanding what’s going on in our brain. This offered some great insights for the whole team. 

 

And of course, it being Christmas, we then celebrated with a wonderful lunch and much relaxed chatter. 

 

Throughout 2024, our Associate community will continue to talk, meet and share knowledge and best practice on a regular basis, ultimately benefiting one another and our ability to continue to support our clients and their businesses in the best way possible.
